We provide financial advice to both individuals and businesses on a commission or fee basis, our first meeting is free of charge. An ongoing relationship with our clients has always been integral to our business, as we believe that it can add significant value to both individuals and businesses.
Dependent upon client circumstances the ongoing relationship may vary but the main purpose of this is to monitor your ongoing financial position to ensure that the products continue to meet your requirements.
Through regular reviews we can also develop our planning strategies over time to take into account your changing circumstances and objectives as well as developments in economic conditions, legislation (taxation etc) and financial products.
We believe it is important to have a disciplined approach towards developing a successful financial plan and follow this process:
Initial Meeting
- Present Services and Costs Document & Business Card
- Review present financial situation (Fact Finding)
- Seek authority to review existing policies if applicable
- Set needs and goals
- Complete, a Risk Questionnaire
- Agree any immediate actions needed along with any fees due
R & D (Research & Design Solution)
- Analyse findings from Initial meeting
- Compare existing arrangements against objectives
- Identify areas of need or weaknesses
- Research Market
- Choose appropriate services and products
- Choose most appropriate providers
- Arrange next meeting
Presentation of Solution
- Recap objectives and agreed immediate actions
- Presentation of summary of existing planning and solutions
- Give written illustrations
- Client to agree whether to proceed
- Complete proposals
- Take payment for any fees due if applicable or if not paid before
Post Presentation and Administration
- Send client ‘reasons why report’ (written justification)
- Administer process of issuing plans and contracts
- Keep client updated with progress through to completion
Ongoing Service
A straightforward advice service typically centred on immediate client issues and needs that require initial analysis and recommendations with ongoing advisory updates and awareness for client peace of mind.
Financial Planning
A more comprehensive service aimed at initial analysis, recommendation and implementation in line with client’s immediate needs with ongoing future reviews and continued service.
Wealth Management
Where client’s portfolios grow in terms of value, and potentially complexity, these need to be managed and reviewed appropriately. Building on the Financial Planning service above, this service offers more frequent reviews and opportunity to ensure clients are kept informed of performance. This may well include consultation with other specialist advisers.
